I am currently on 100mg oestrodot patches plus I pump of oestrogel and am still getting hot and anxiety up again, I also get breathlessness every now and then too 

Anyone on a high dose and how high can we go oestrogen wise

Awaiting doc call today to discus,also hiatus hernia playing up and feel like I have an infection too as yesterday kept going shivery.

I was told up to 6 pumps by a specialist, many GPs will only prescribe 4. But it could be that you're getting less than you expect if you don't absorb it well.
