Hi there
« on: December 07, 2021, 06:51:00 PM »

Just wanted to say hello as I’m new to the group. I’m having a nightmare of a time with the menopause and wanted to see if there are any other ladies out there who cannot take HRT due to previous breast cancer and what you’ve tried to help.
Thanking you all in advance.
Beth.

Hi,
Request a referral to a menopause specialist.
Fellow BC survivor here and I take HRT.
I also take Bach menopause tincture and Cbd oil.

Good luck 🤞

 :welcomemm:

Keeping a mood/symptom/food diary to chart progress helps, as will deciding which symptom you would like to ease first.  Something to discuss when you get an appt. at a menopause clinic.

Also, read the 'bladder issues' and 'vaginal atrophy' threads on the Forum as VA can be treated separately from an HRT regime.  Let us know. how you get on!
