Hello, could really do with some advice please!
Was prescribed estrodot 37.5 and ugestogen on Monday.
I’d expected my period which is relatively regular to start any time between the sat and the Tuesday. I’d been horrifically achey and stiff.
I decided to try a patch on the Tuesday as had so much joint pain and expected my period to start. However it didn’t, though surprisingly a lot of the aches went within 24 hours.
I’d though I’d do 2 weeks estrodot (thinking period may still come) and then add in the ugestrogen, 2 weeks on two weeks off.
However now I wondering whether to start the ugestrogen this evening for two weeks? As I feel like I’m building a huge period!
My second query is whether the nightmares go away after a few months? I had the same on prozac many years ago and switched to something else it was so bad, along with other side effects. So I know it can be seratonin related. Happy to remain on patches as I feel calmer and less brain fog!
