Newbie saying hello. 🙂

Hi all, introducing myself.  I'm 59 years of age. 10 years since my last period and definitely post menopausal.
I've been on continuous hrt for 9 months now. Sandrena gel and utrogestan capsules....not without its problems which is why I've joined you all.

Some find that keeping a mood/food/symptom diary is useful.  There is a search box, perhaps put the products into it (singly) and see what pops up?
