What's on your mind in terms of taking it or not? 😊
There are so many forms of HRT. After not needing HRT for many years I have recently had to start using Vagifem at 72 for VA. This will now be for life and I have to say it's working very well for me.
I'm still on it at 67. Started at 53.Taz x

Hi Daisie,My mom has just started HRT after a 20+ year gap, she’s 74. She’s been prescribed gel and Utrogestan. She’s very fit, just had second hip replacement so had several bone scans. She’s in Europe so I can’t visit yet but she sounds extremely upbeat!Victoria ☀️
