Had a terrible few days here to Floo,
Actually I think I’m slowly dying!
Hadto come off HRT due to bleeding and Christ, it feels dreadful!
No clue what to do any longer. 😢

Oh Nas it’s awful, awful, awful.  I often feel that way too.  I lift in mood and symptoms than bam back down again.  One minute panic the next tears, mood swing, feeling overcome and poisoned then tight chest can’t breath with anxiety, then calm, it’s absolute torture.

It is. Seriously can hormones make us feel so awful??
No one, but no one seems to be suffering to this degree that I know of!

What regime are you on again?
I just want it to end 😥

Had the implant estradiol and testosterone 5 weeks ago so waiting to see if things improve.  I’m now covered in itchy rash, what’s going on?

Not sure Floo,
Maybe an allergic reaction to something?
How are you feeling on the implant? How do they determine the dose?

Sorry to read the posts which I can totally recognise, it’s so darn hard to find balance!

Nik was it your booster that upset hormones?  My first vaccine threw all into disarray, still not back yet to where I was, as was increased with awful effects and now coming down is difficult and has to be at snails pace!

Kathleen can I ask what your levels of Estrogen are please?  Are you very post Meno?

Hello sweettooth

I am very post meno as my last period was in 2010. My most recent blood test results were taken in May last year and they were:-

Oestradiol 633.37 pmol/L

SHBG 116.32 nmol/L

Testosterone 1.82 nmol/L

Free Androgen Index 1.56 (0.5 - 6.5)

This test was done by Newson Health and they tell me that they represent good levels.

I hope this is helpful to you.

Wishing you well.

K.

Forgive me if you've already said, Kathleen, but what is your regime? Have you been on HRT continuously? Many thanks.

Kathleen
Thank you v much indeed!!  Mine were 520 and I felt really good for about 6 weeks since starting Estrogen ( only) but the vaccine affected receptors and when my Estrogen was increased a lot, I felt ten times worse! I am in process of decreased to get my levels where they were and hoping vaccine will wear away completely🤞

I have read some of your posts as I too am way post Meno, Re your mood, perhaps it’s the prog element or your E could be a bit too high?  It’s all a trialling journey that’s for sure! X

It varies from person to person.  I’m just waiting to see if not the only other thing I haven’t tried is Premarin, not what I want but I have to try everything, too ill not to.

Have you tried every transdermal and oral Hrt there is Floo?

My mum takes Premarin and very successfully. However, it isn’t the most ethical type admittedly.

Have you tried lenzetto?

Hi Sweettooth
I’ve been the same with all three vaccines. I’ve had to cut my oestrogen down.
I actually had a proper period after my second vaccine after not having one for two years x
