Not in town obviously but around the house or in the garden mine does stay put. Actually I haven't been to town since lockdown.  :o

What do others carry their bricks in?  It fits in a pocket of my handbag and I can close the zip.  Otherwise, it's a phaff.  I can't carry it into the garden in case I put it down!
That's why the smart phone stays on the table at home. The 15 year old Nokia fits in the front pocket of my jeans so is the one that's always with me.

Another advantage of basic phones, you can replace the battery. Got one for mine from ebay a couple of years ago.

DH replaced the battery 2 years ago but it didn't hold the charge for long.  It would switch off when 'half' full  ::).

Of course, mobiles now have a torch facility: I found mine by accident the other day  ::).  It gives good light in the house, outside - I wonder  :-\

Any idea why my phone won't accept texts from a few numbers: most regulars I can 'chat' with, however: If DH and a friend try to text my number, it doesn't get through  :-\ and my phone doesn't let me know  >:(

It's been updated .......... we've down loaded the manual ......... any1 know a 5 year old  ;D

I wonder if it is to due with the text message settings. Perhaps you have accidently restricted some people from texting you.

That was a thought, however: strangely it's men that can't get through  :o  ;D.  Regular people who text aren't having problems and we've been through the settings ...... hey ho! will drop by a shop when next in town.
