Menopausal memory madness
« on: October 08, 2021, 08:21:31 PM »

I struggle with forgetting things, words and events. This week  I did most the ridiculous (and costly) thing yet and I'm blaming menopause. I drove home with a brand new company laptop still on my roof where I put it down to find my car keys!

Oh dear DiDi !

This is easily done though and I can empathise with the brain fog. Some days I find it near impossible to function properly at work. I'm hoping that the more my HRT kicks in the more my brain will improve.

Take care & don't beat yourself up, many of us suffer the same thing.
