I’m sorry to hear all you are going through 2cats. It sounds like you are going through quite an emotional upheaval.

CLKD, no difference I’m afraid. I still woke at 5 full of anxiety and heaving for a couple of hours. Sigh.
I will speak to my dr Wednesday, asi have an actual face to face appointment x

After a panic attack I would feel exhausted.  Wet through.  Sometimes the attack would last for 3 days/nights because I would have nightmares too so no relief.
