Switching regimes
« on: September 28, 2021, 01:25:41 PM »

Hi all
My first post but used this site for a few years and have found it very useful  :) Started HRT elleste duet 1mg for peri symptoms at 47, was still having periods then; did well until shortage. Didn’t get on with the other that was equivalent so went onto oestrogel and Urtro sequentially.
I’m now 55 and would like to not have periods anymore, tried continuous oral Urtro but bleeding and feeling rubbish made me switch back to sequential. I’m now going to try Femoston 1/5 conti to see if I tolerate this progesterone better. Wanted to ask what day should I start it? Query at the end of Urtro bleed? Thanks for your help xx
