I just started on HRT, Estrodot 50 patch twice a wk, plus Ustrogestan capsules x 2 daily for the last 14 days of the 28 day cycle.

So I was expecting a period on day 28, but it came on day 25.
I still have 4 days of Ustrogestan to take, before starting the next cycle of two weeks of just Estradot then 2 wks with the Ustrogestan, so do i just continue as normal and ignore the bleeding and take the 4 days more of Ustrogestan, and then back onto the next prescribed cycle?

So far, i have had no side effects at all from HRT, other than my period coming in a more timely fashion, feeling less leaky in the bladder and joints more comfortable, so hopefully that continues!
