Hi Lesley. I'm glad you have had the scan but it's obviously a worrying time for you. I hope you get your referral quickly and I expect you will then have a hysteroscopy so that a biopsy of the lining can be taken.

You have acted promptly on this so fingers crossed that all will be ok. If not you have all of us to hold your hand and support you through your treatment.

Perhaps take the opportunity to discuss the pros and cons of hrt with them?

I was desperately hoping it would be just one of those unexplained things and life would then continue as normal. I don't do calm very well.

Been reading lots of posts on here about people in similar situations .... Unfortunately they seem to go off for their hysteroscopy then don't comment further. It would be nice if people posted good outcomes!!!

So a bit of a road ahead ..... Appreciating all the responses, thankyou all so much ❤️

You could start a new thread asking for experiences of hysteroscopy. Many people seem to have had them and I'm sure they'd share.
