I took one called phenergan. You can buy it over the counter… mine was on prescription.
I still feel tired now! Just took the dog out again.  Had a bit of a panic attack halfway around.. but carried on.
Going to potter in the garden now x

I might take half tonight, as it really helped with the sickness and morning anxiety. See what it does.

I’ve not heard of that pill. Do lots of research… but don’t start anything yet until the hormones have settled down.

How have you been feeling today?

Hi Suzy
Been on and off on edge all day , exactly same as last time my period was due ( by tht I mean the week before )
That’s how I know it’s hormones that causes all this ..
that’s the reason I was looking up the pill
It’s a mini pill but it’s desterogel however you spell it … so it’s progesterone only and think they do it in 4 brand names so cerazzette is one and cerelle is another
I think it’s stops ovulation and levels hormones from what I’m kinda reading

I won’t take yet .. I wanna see what’s what first but this is what I was told by DR Currie  on here and she knows her stuff . as when I emailed , with all my past and symptoms and why I went on HRT & That things got worse aniexty wise and she suggested the above & said because I feel it at mid cycle n before cycle starts that this would be good
& further down the line when the night sweats etc come in she would suggest a low dose hrt as this time I was put straight on 50 dose ..

Hopefully the half tablet helps you suzy .. if it’s better for you aniexty wise :)
Let me know how half goes xx

My sister in law as just informed me she is on the pill that I have been looking up.

She as been on it 11 years and as no periods and said occasionally she feels like a few period cramps and that’s it.
And also my niece is 21 and she is on same on also & as no periods

The periods I’m not so much bothered about , but reading my email again
She said if my hormones are fluctuating this pill would help

And HRT would be when my hormones are falling & all symptoms I had could have been fluctuating because of the times it was happening

Mad really that i added the hormones and I probably didn’t need it & too much overloading of hormones can actually cause the aniexty ,Shakes , tremors , panic.
Bloody hormones.
I’m gonna speak with my GP and get her to prescribe some and then I have for when I think I want to take

I would take now if I knew it wouldn’t set off aniexty again.
I will phone pharmist aswell

Hi Michelle

Well, taking half didn’t help with sleep or anxiety, but it took the sickness away, so I could manage a cuppa and some breakfast this morning.
Kept busy. Took the dog out, pottered in the garden, cleaned bathroom etc..

I’ve got the drs at 3 so I’ll see what she says.

How are you feeling today? Xx

Hopefully the doctor helps and prescribes something to help you

I’m ok got up springed cleaned and mopped all floors & showered and Went to bakery and local shop
And now at mother in laws , I bought her some lunch down
And I’ll head back soon maybe ( we live same street but at other ends of the street )

I woke up feeling on edge again I’m just trying to carry on but it’s as you know overwhelming at times..
I will phone my pharmacist up later and see what she suggests with the Desogestrel

I just eaten 2 boiled egg crusty rolls , I have deffo got my appetite back , and I’m trying to add in things I used to eat like choc and biscuits .. as once Aniexty took over and I lost appetite, I stopped eating it all thinking oh maybe that made it worse when infact it don’t lol
Same as coffee I stopped drinking tht but now I have a decaff coffee each day
I always used to drink coffee when we was out and about in town and I wanna get back to as normal as possible ,
I used to only drink maybe 3 cups a day in total so never been a big coffee drinker like my husband is

Hopefully as day goes on this on edge feeling dissapears
I’ve just taken my vitamin C see if that help .. ( anything worth a shot lol )

My best friend gone on holiday today and I’m hoping and praying I’ll be ok for mine since she sent me the pictures today..
fingers crossed Xx

Yes, talk to their and pharmacist about the pill…. But I would leave it for a while as your hormones haven’t settled enough yet.

I hope you’re feeling better this afternoon.
My anxiety is just starting to ramp up again as I’ve got the drs in a bit. Crazy isn’t it how it affects normal things.

And yes.., I agree… it can get pretty overwhelming. I’m overwhelmed with it constantly…. Xx

I find the most bizzare thing is how it comes on , when doing somthing we would do on a daily weekly basis …I will never get my head around it.
Hope all goes well at the doctors for you.

Oh deffo Suzy .. I’m not upsetting this boat yet lol .. I will find out what pharmacist  thinks , t’s not been 3 months off the patches yet so I know they ain’t settled 100%
Just be good to know ..

I’ve just got home from mother in laws spent few hours with her xx

The dr wants me to change meds from citalopram to venlafaxine as she thinks I should have seen a better improvement by now. She said I don’t need to taper the citalopram down I can just do a straight swap, so I’m starting them tonight and praying I see some benefit soon.

I’m glad you’ve had company today Michelle…. You wouldn’t have been able to stay there that long a few weeks ago, so you’re definitely improving. Xx

I hope they work for you suzy , my mate is on them and she told me they helped with her aniexty , so I hope they help you too & you can get back to some normality too.
Yeah I think so too Suzy.. I said that myself that over a month ago I was stuck in house and would only leave to get in the car .. so I see the improvement.. let’s hope these next few weeks  show bigger improvement
I can feel I’m better than I was , I just now wanna get Bck to normal as you yourself are waiting for that day

I pray these tabs work for you , been a very long couple of months for us and it’s about time we started seeing the light Xx

How you doing today Suzy , hope all is ok your end :)

I’m on edge again today but think I’m due this weekend ( I think )
It’s not so intense but deffo I’m aware of it & palpitations but I get them daily anyways , I didn’t sleep to great felt like had the burning pain in ribs again , probably eaten something to flare it up ( maybe chocolate or skittles lol ) or infact could be the vitamin c maybe …
I won’t take one today or eat choc or sweets and see if it dissapears as could well be just a flare up of it
It’s not bad bad like before which is a good thing ..as that’s when my appetite  went .. so hopefully it dissapears

Hope your ok Suzy Xx
