Hi

Quick question, does nay one know how long you should wait after applying oestrogel before applying any body creams?  Or, how long you should wait after applying body cream, before applying the oestrogel?

Particularly sun cream, but any creams really.

No sure about this but the advice is to avoid close physical contact  for an hour minimum after applying the gel so this could be a good yardstick to go by? I would not apply oestrogel to any area of the body that was covered by a cream as this could affect the absorption - I would make sure the area of gel application was clean and dry and free from creams etc before application.

Hi the advice is to wait an hour before applying any form of cream. However, I use Oestrogel, and I wouldn’t use cream in the area where I apply it. xx
