Hi everyone,

I would appreciate advice on how/when to change back to sequential hrt ( 4 pumps estrogel and 12days 200mg Utrogestan) as I have now been spotting daily for two months while attempting to change to conti ( 100mg Lutigest) and really feel that maybe this method just does not suit me.

My question is do I just stop the daily lutigest and wait for a bleed and start the new regime ..when after that? Or go straight into 12 days of Utrogestan now?

I'm not sure there's a recommended way but as no one has replied... if it was me I would call day 1 the day after you stop conti then take utro days 15-26. I'm assuming you don't have a cycle of your own, if you do you should fit the hrt into your own cycle.
