Hi everyone,

Does anyone have this? I mentioned it to the menopause clinic (NHS) but they said it’s not licensed for use as HRT and have recommended the Mirena.

I am having a nightmare with Utrogestan (100 mg vaginally 7 days a month). I just about tolerated it the past few years but something has changed and it makes me very very low  . I seem to be very progesterone intolerant.

I am also on Estradot 75 mcg patch and am really hoping it suits me (previously on 4 pumps of Estrogel and managing pretty well for a few years).

Sorry if I am repeating myself from other posts!

Also, not sure if I am allowed to ask but is anyone in Hertfordshire?
