Hi. This is my first post so please be kind 😊 I’m 51 and haven’t had a period for over 5 years… I can’t take HRT as had a mini stroke 5 years ago. I have literally no set drive what so ever and it’s really affecting my marriage. Please can I have some advice on something that will help increase my libido as feel nothing from the waist down 🙈

You'd have to check if it's safe for you to take, but Ashwaghanda might work for you?
