I do not know when my last natural period was, due to being on the mini pill then having the mirena coil fitted. Have been off HRT for 5 months now, coil also removed for various reasons. I have had no bleeding for these past five months, but in recent weeks I have had a heavy dragging pain in the lower tummy. No appetite or energy, and brain fog/light-headedness is awful. I am now having the slightest bit of blood when wiping for the last few days. Would this count as a period? Also GP has arranged a blood test to rule out (hopefully) ovarian cancer. Feeling a bit confused.
