Hi there

Hope someone can help :)

I stopped taking utrogestan vaginally on Thursday but still no bleed..... had symptoms and got very spotty but now feeling a bit better but no bleed?

This is my 3rd month of HRT.

How long had you taken it for? How much oestrogen are you taking with it?
The bleed can come as late as 5 days after stopping.

Where are you in your meno journey? If peri it could be that your own cycle is overriding the hrt one. I'm late peri now and on the cycles my body doesn't contribute I only bleed about 50% of the time. Did you bleed the other two months?
