Hello, I have been on Sandrena 1.0mg gel and utrogestan 100mg for around 10 years. I want yo start tappering.
I want to start from decreasing Sandrena to 0.5mg, as gel is easier to decrease.
Unsure how to tapper Utrogestan?
Do people have any suggestions, their own experiences to share?
