Best HRT for mood swings and sleep problems

Hi. I am wondering if anyone can help in advising me on a good hrt to help me with horrendous mood swings and very very poor sleep.  I am currently on Premique low dose but I take two a day.

Have a look at the Treatments tab. Patches/gel are safer than oral. I think you need to increase oestrogen.

There’s a blue menu tab on the right just under the black bar at the top of the page  :)
