I've just started HRT (Evorel patches and Utrogestan). What I'm wondering is when I change my patch, should I put the new one in the same place on my thigh or could I put it on the other thigh? Silly question maybe but I couldn't find any info in the leaflet that came with the patches!

Not silly at all.  I would put the patch where it remains stuck!  MayB put the product name into the search box and see what others do.  I remember when I had HRT briefly in the 1990s, watching my patch floating on the top of the water in the pool    .  It was on my buttock, so I thought

Thanks 😄. Well I've stuck the new one on my other thigh today. I haven't had any problems with them unsticking so far thank goodness!

You should vary the positioning of the patch so swapping thighs each time is good. I think it might give advice on that in the info leaflet.

I was advised to alternate thigh or bum cheeks which ever was chosen

Hello, alternate from side to side but always below the waistline, also you can remove the left over sticky with baby oil
