Feeling faint and low on oxygen
« on: March 25, 2021, 08:10:05 PM »

Hi,
brain fog / cotton wool in the brain and flushing face a couple of times a day started about 5 days ago

Increased femoston
Bit of nausea and weakness today as well but

My main question is how can it be this bad?
I feel like I’m low on oxygen
Without the gasping for air

Is that what brain fog feels like? / is it just dizziness
It’s been sudden, and not all the time but most of the last week and most of the days
Even a little tingly in hands and arms

Not really sure if I’m describing menopause or some other problem
Please
Can you relate?

Hi!  you can buy an oxygen monitor which gives BP and oxygen levels.  That would put your mind at rest.

How did U feel during your menstruating years?  Can U remember if you were light headed at all?  I was awfully queasy in the lead up to each bleed.

Some find that keeping a mood/food/symptom diary of use.  Browse round.

That’s a really good idea thank you

I have not stopped menstrating

I don’t think I know this exact feeling
Just a bit freaked by the sudden change

I’ve been freaked out before I always put it down to mental health but this keeps on for days at the moment

A diary is a great idea

 :welcomemm:

Look at your over all diet and fluid intake, plus any exercise regime.  Hormones !  They can interfere with energy levels as we age, The Change: does what it says on the tin  ::)

It's easy to be worried when periods begin fluctuating and we become aware of every little alteration!
