Hi been on hrt since September , what should my estridiol levels be at if Iam absorbing estrogen . On 100mg patch at moment. X

Impossible to say because it depends on other variables, plus how you feel is more important than the level anyway.

I was given 200-300 pmol/L as a guide. But the Specialist said it was better to go on symptom control - if you’re feeling well then that’s the important thing.

What type of symptoms are you needing help with? If they're primarily physical ie hot flushes, joint aches etc then 200 - 300 pmol may be enough. If they're mood based ie depression, anxiety, mood swings etc you could need a much higher level - I need at least 800 pmol to make any difference at all to my depression, but the hot flushes went within days of starting HRT.
