Heavy bleeding twice a month on HRT

Hi everyone

I started HRT 3 months ago and it did ease the pain in my legs/hips and joints but I still feel exhausted and my mood swings are worse. The other new addition is that I have a heavy period twice a month now! Does anyone else get this on HRT? The nurse at my practice says to give the HRT another couple of months but other than the easing of joint pains everything else seems worse! I'm taking Femoston-Conti as it is apparently the only one you can get a regular supply of at the moment!
