Hello ladies,

Just wondering if most people apply testosterone gel in the mornings or evenings? I’m happy to trial both to see if my insomnia worsens or improves!

I use mine first thing in the morning otherwise I feel wired when I try to sleep at night.

I use it at night just because it's more convenient. I use it every other day and don't find my sleep is any different.
