Maybe someone had put onto the outfit when you were chatting ? It's the 1 thing we are all told when going to Church: make sure that the price label is removed from shoes so that when 1 kneels down

Love most these comments!
Some of them made me laugh out loud!
Somebody ought to write them out and publish them for posterity and to make us laugh when we are feeling so fed up of the daily trials and tribulations that Menopause brings us!

We've GOT to keep this thread at the top of one of the leading pages! I'm still laughing my head off at the comments!

Stepped out the back door to go to the compost at the bottom of the garden - 80ft away - to find that the rain is smashing down
. Turned straight back inside
Did lots of stupid things over the years, 2 are haunting me

I left work last week at 4pm having told my colleagues I had a dentist appointment to have a tooth filled. Everybody wished me good luck and I sped off, not wanting to be late. I arrived home at 4.30pm, fed the cats, sat down with a cup of tea, switched on the telly.... and forgot all about my dentist appointment
That's pretty dire, methinks
