 ;D

Shopping earlier, wandered towards a blue car with a similar registration, fortunately saw the strange man in the driving seat which alerted me to the fact that my car was parked further alone the line - same make, same colouring  ::)

I frequently go up/down stairs or into other rooms and have no idea why I went there - stand there like a compelte eejit looking around hoping for divind inspiration!

But my latest gaffe.......I work from home, have an office upstairs.  Went down to kitchen get cup of tea, went back up to office, sat at computer to discover TV remote sat on keyboard. Absolutely no idea when I went down to get it, don;t remember picking it up and certainly don;t remember taking it upstairs!  :o What happens with the brain synapses to cause us to do such stoopid things????

Put the butter in the cupboard the other day - luckily hubby saw me and quietly took it out and put it in the fridge!

And does anyone else have trouble remembering words? I get part way thru a sentence and can't for the life of me remember the word I want to use!

I've got the word thing really badly. OH and my friends just help me out - I make a joke of it and they just smile and provide the word. I'm determined to keep seeing the funny side of it - I think letting it get to you is the worst thing we can do. I've heard that "meno brain" improves again once you're "out the other side" so I'm looking forward to that!  ;D

Words are real problem for me at the moment. I keep making them up or rather they come out of my mouth incorrectly........'serectual' harrassment & psychconarnia (god, what was I thinking?) are the latest.

You've got to laugh at yourself though. Best way!

I do that and I can not find words. It can be so frustrating. My friends play guess the word with me.

I hope it doesn't get any worse. Can laugh at it when Im home but embarrassing when I'm working!

Other classic is getting part way thru sentence & completely forgetting what I was saying! Hubby uses that one to his advantage LOL!!

My friend and I have complete conversations without using the correct words but we know what we're talking about and now Himself has begun to need words filling in  ;D [ I can see us having complete conversations when we are together much more without anyone else being able to follow them  ::) ]

it was about a pickle factory....well she was always getting her words mixed and muddled up  ;D
God bless her... She lives on through most of us here.  :D

There was a man on the radio in the 1906s who used to make sentences up with complete gobbledygook ..........
