I have been experiencing quite bad bloating which means I get really uncomfortable when I eat a main meal. I think this coincides with me starting prescribed iron medication, though not a 100% sure. Consequently Ive reduced what I eat which does help a bit and I don't feel hungry. THis means I'm losing weight again and I seem to be am permenently turning to the gaviscon (though have to ensure I leave a gap as I think it reduces absorption). Think the bloating is worse than the dizziness I was experiencing.

Iron supplements are notorious for causing digestive problems.

I am sure other ladies will have suggestions but I always recommend Spatone Iron Water Sachets. I have used them before and they were recommended to me by a specialist.
