If you increase or decrease your oestrogen (gel) do you need to do the same with utro?
If the standard dose is 2 pumps of gel and 2x utro (vaginally) for 12 days a month (cyclical), how much utro should you take if you took 1 pump of gel, or 3 pumps of gel?

It's the same regardless of the oestrogen dose. Some people do use less with low dose oestrogen but this should be done with medical supervision.
