I have 2 beautiful boys (my dogs!) Which I usually walk, but my ex has been doing that for a few weeks now as I have felt too anxious to go out and walk 🙁 I know it's not the best for me xxxx

I was there too.  DH walked mine.  This will improve!  Stand in the garden if you have 1.  By the front door, don't put yourself under pressure to go further.

Funnily enough CLKD, I had something like this exactly the same time last year 🙄 it last from about Nov to Feb, I thought I was going mad and had the worst Christmas last year with permanent high intensity palpitations, anxiety etc.  I feel better this year a little knowing it's hormonal... (presuming it is 😁).  In between the symptoms have been ok, feeling good and normal more often than not with some physical symptoms xxxx

Blame the hormones then you don't need to look for other excuses  ;)

If it happens at this time of year perhaps you have SAD?

Hi Sheila, thanks for replying...I've never had SAD before 😮 so I'm not sure tbh 🤔 usually love this time of year.... 🤔🎁

It's been 16 days since being on the Evoral Sequi patches and nearly a week on the Evorel Conti bit 😊 still heart palps, racing heart, feeling queasy, shaky but mood maybe a tiny bit brighter? I know Tmi but just started my period today....8 days early, which is very irregular for me, maybe usually 3 days difference max?  I don't know now whether this is my proper period or the patches confusing things?? I'm soooooo confused further xxxx

Ah thank you Rockhopper! I am so glad you're feeling much better, I really do 😚.

I am just so fed up of feeling so crappy 24/7 for 4 months with racing heart, flushing, palps, feeling weak and sick and awful anxiety and it's just got worse.  My mood is quite stable which is weird, mind you, that could change anytime 🙄.

Now I'm just confused about why my period has turned up 8 days early... is it my period or the patches making my period squiffy?  I just don't know 😥 xxxx

You're supposed to bleed a couple of days after you finish progesterone. When I was on evorel I never bled at the right time but I put that down to my natural cycle being longer than normal. My own cycle was always stronger than the hrt bleed but I sometimes had a hrt bleed too. As long as your lining is shed I don't think it matters too much when it happens.
I had to change to oestrogel/utrogeston because of an allergic reaction to the patches. I start utrogeston after I ovulate so the hrt cycle is in step with my own.

Thank you Sheila! I've got another 5 days until I change back to the Evoral 50 patch again.... it's all very strange isnt it? 😁.

Did you wake up one day and thought you felt better or were the changes subtle bit by bit? Xxx

Bit by bit. It took 3 months for my anxiety and insomnia to go completely.

Nowt is TMI on here!  It's all or nothing  ::).  Enjoy the respite whilst it's there.
