Kliofem Tablets

Hi Group
Has anyone ever been on Kliofem combi tablets? I am currently on Progynova 100 patches and micronised progesterone but still suffering from bleeding every 3 weeks or so and have bouts of anxiety and positional vertigo.
My GP has prescribed these instead but I have never heard of them. Would anyone recommend trying gel instead and maybe a change of progesterone, the patches are really itchy too and I don't think some of them work as I fell my hormones are up and down all the time. Have been battling to try and find a good combination for the last couple of years - just want to feel like my old self again!
Would be grateful for any advise.

Hi I have just come off kliofem after 2 years kept getting bleeding every few months so I was referred to gynocolgist to get checked out all was ok but was told to change them as it was them causing the bleed that was the only problem.I had on them besides that I felt quite good on them now they have put me on evoral patches and feel dreadful I'd rather go back on the kliofem and put up with the bleeding at least I felt normal then

Hi Dotty
Post menopausal, around 5 years but have tried various forms of HRT over the last 3 years - most patches out there but just looking for something so I may fell near normal again!

Hi Jan1234
I have also been on Evorel on and off, anything from 25 - 100 patches and found that I had really severe headaches and aching joints. It's just so difficult to find something that suits, I have been to see a specialist previously but unable to get hold of them now. The GP's seem to have limited knowledge and just seem to be happy to keep changing it after a few months!

Hi just to let you know that the Kliofem tablets only have half as much oestrogen as the 100 patch that you are on. If you need to use a 100 patch, then it’s likely that the Kliofem will not have enough oestrogen. X
