Hi Bananacarnival,
Well didn’t get the telephone consultation this morning, got a text message instead! Doc says she is giving me a prescription for vagifem and will ring me on 9 Dec to see how I am getting on. Have been doing some research on dr Louise Newton’s website and looking at the resources on there. There is a link to some very informative videos, podcasts and leaflets about the menopause. If this doesn’t clear up I am going to ask for systemic hrt, will probably have a battle as told in the past I can’t have it due to endometriosis. Well, looking at these videos it seems I can , feeling pretty annoyed. If I don’t get any joy I will go to the private clinic. Have a look at these resources, they are very informative.

Thanks silverstar, I will look them up. How annoying to be fobbed off with a text instead of a phone consultation.
I think your plan sounds good. You never know perhaps the vagifem will do the job for you.
I'm tempted to try mine again but then back out last minute!
