CLKD has always been there for me during the darkest years of my life.
Not just meno - more to do with life changing surgical complications caused by a hysterectomy ( which brought on the menopause). 

This forum I think has saved me on my occasions 🙏

When I first joined this forum many moons ago, I was the worst I'd ever been in this meno journey and it's your name that came up to help me with all my woes and you're a great gal too
