Sorry to ask another question. Does anyone find they use vagifem more than three times a week. I had a brilliant day yesterday. I have noticed that on the nights I don't use vagifem the burning and stinging returns in the morning. Yes, I am improving but feel I might be one of those ladies who needs vagifem probably 5 times a week. Maybe need to up the dosage until symptoms are all under control. Replies appreciated from all you lovely ladies.

Did you do the loading period? A fortnight of using it daily? If you have then just giv your pharmacist a quick call and ask advice but if JP uses it daily it must be ok to 👋 hello jp

Vagifem 5 nights a week with Estriol 0.01% cream externally same nights.  Latter makes a lot of difference to comfort.  That combo still not adequate for me without systemic HRT.

Even used every night it's a very small amount of active ingredient.  Give it a whirl for 2 months and see how your symptoms are?

I use Vagifem every day, just can't manage on less and have done so for about 3 years now.
