Nothing clkd,don't know if it was hormones,a bug or the accumulation of ADs,just hope that's it for now but I do feel the return of adrenaline surges,so maybe hormones?

Definitely not hunger,I usually eat like a horse,what does that saying even mean? I don't eat grass or hay for that matter

I have a sore R side below my appendix scar - probably due to slow transit for 2 days then a rush

Awww my horse would NEVER have kicked ,me on the other hand
I haven't been to the loo for a few days either,haven't been eating a lot,just couldn't when so nauseous,I'm probably waiting for us to go away tomorrow,then I'll need

The moment I get onto the Motorway ....... I need the loo immediately
. and why are they SO FAR AWAY from the car park !!!
Enjoy your break! Take plenty of loo paper ;-). Certainly when I have slow transit I get nauseous. Add bloating to that and I'm screwed.
