Hi there,don't take hrt so cant advise but I do know back ache is pretty normal if there is inflammation anywhere in the womb, I used to suffer that hot burning sensation in my lower back when I was due a period so don't worry too much,do tell your dr of any new symptoms though just so they have it on record x
