Hi Just a quick question? i have been doing lots of thinking and researching today and wondered if i changed HRT whether the bleeding would stop, so at the moment im on evorel sequi as i bled with evorel conti, (no periods before this for 18 months) i now know thats with norethisterone progesterone, would the other HRT's with a different progesterone's, still cause bleeding, i was thinking of stopping but now wondering whether to see if i can change HRT, but wanted something with patches or Gel as suffer with IBS, just wondered if anyone had experienced this and it improved on a different HRT?

I have had bleeding off and on for 5 months with evorel conti, stopped atm (Fingers crossed). The menopause clinic advised if it persisted beyond 6 months I try a different progesterone. They suggested Provera as this can be effective at controlling bleeding and to take it alongside evorel 50.
