Beirut explosion

Anyone see the explosion on the news, its huge, really scary  :'(

There will be many.  Initially 'a fireworks factory' - that column certainly seemed odd colours.  However, that part of the Middle East are always 'at it', why can't men get over their need for more land  :'(.  So that statement may be a cover up .............

Ammonia Nitrate - dangerous stuff as it degrades over time, if it becomes damp it forms clumps and hey ho!. Apparently there was a store in the Docks from 6 years ago ....... it is used as fertiliser as well as being mixed to make explosives, including terrorism Bombs.  It was commonly used during The Troubles.

It could be that this was terrorism if someone knew the Ammonia Nitrate was stored there and likely to be unstable.  It might have been triggered by a small movement in the Earth under the storage depot or simply bad practice.

I saw that on the News last night, went on-line earlier to make sure that she survived!

300,000 homeless.
