Hello
Thankfully I found your forum as a guest and after reading a few messages I knew I needed to be part of this group. I started HRT last year as the aches and joint pains I was having were unreal. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia also. My symptoms have definitely improved since being on HRT👍 I started on estriol gel Everyday and utrogestan for 12 days of the month but my migraines were horrific. After several adjustments to my dosage we settled on 4 pumps of the gel and utrogestan every evening. I still felt I could manage more estrogel so my consultant put me on Lenzetto 3 sprays a day which is supposed to be a slightly higher dosage than the gel. After a couple of weeks my mood had changed, I cry at the slightest thing, I have anxiety something I have never suffered from and I can’t get my head up offf the pillow in the mornings 🙄. It’s great to be sleeping well but I can’t function until 3pm at the very earliest and I am having vivid dreams also. I feel so out of balance it’s untrue but I am not sure 🤔 which one it is. I would be grateful for any advice I hate feeling so miserable ☹️ Thanks for listening 💕

Hi Traybake.
Glad you've found us.  :welcomemm:
I can't help I'm afraid with your question as I'm on a different hrt.
But I'm sure someone will be able to help very soon.
I just wanted to welcome you.

If the gel was working for you then perhaps go back to it but increase the dose.  You may not absorb the lenzetto as well as the gel. I didn’t absorb the gel.  Stick with what works for you.

Probably far too much oestrogen?

The body hormones dip and rise all the while then levels begin to drop off.  So HRT should be eased into ........ I suggest putting the product name into the search box on the forum to see what pops up: make notes ;-)
