Anyone have experience of this. Finally a doctor agreed to try me on HRT after months of symptoms but last 2 months of severe debilitating anxiety and nausea.  Just kept getting told to take anxiety medication and ADs. First patch in place, I know symptoms won't improve overnight, I really need to work on anxiety and nausea side first

Hi Gracie7,
I've been on conti patches for a few weeks now. I still feel sick but not as often. I also have another condition that make me feel sick so not sure. My anxiety is more under control.
I think the patches are better than the pills, having tried both.
I hope they're good for you.
