I've posted a few times with the Utro topic and now been on HRT for Almost 6 m trying different options.
I am 48 and Peri. Was on the pop for 10 years. Because I have other health issues (fibromyalgia mostly) my specialist firstly suggested a 3m cycle with 21 days 100mg Vaginal Utro but this felt to long for me on Utro so we then tried 7 Days Utro but I didn't bleed sufficiently the last time we tried 12 days 100mg vaginal and although it was better and I had a bleed towards the end of it I felt really unwell. Presumably the build up of progesterone.
My question is should I suggest next 100mg Utro every other day over a 25 day period with a 3 day break so I get a bleed? I am on 2-3 pumps of ostrogel

I would go with your specialist advice. If they are happy for you to tweak what suits you best and can monitor the effect on your uterus then go with it. Must be worth a try if the other things you've tried do not suit? Good luck!
