Hi all, I've just started taking a supplement-Viridian Organic Herbal Female Complex.
I was wondering if anyone else has taken this and how long it takes to notice any improvement in symptoms.
I'm having mood swings, other symptoms too but are fairly mild thankfully.

Hi, the mood swings are horrendous. it's like PMT x a gazillion 
Since I posted that I tried sandrena gel and utrogestan and just yesterday started sweating lightly whereas before I was just feeling heat, if that makes sense.... I have an auto immune condition and can be super sensitive to new medication.
I've decided to give the herbal options another go.
My mum had a torrid time with sweats.
I've also gained weight but can tackle that ok I think.

I see that there is Agnus castus in this product and I'm not sure whether this is one that doesn't mix with HRT? I wasn't sure if you'd stopped the herbal preparation before beginning sandrena. It takes around three months before you know whether any hrt is the right one for you but I'm not sure on the herbal products. Hope you get some relief from the mood swings soon.

Hi Taz, thanks for reply.
This supplement was recommended for those not on HRT. So I've stopped the HRT to see if the sweating settles down. Of course it could all be a coincidence.
Who knows...

That's ok then . How many weeks did you try the supplement for? You need to give either herbal or HRT a good few months I think.
