I've been constantly ushering bees back out the window the last couple of days. 🐝

Many years ago we had honey bees in the cavity between the utility and kitchen walls, sadly the man had to come out with his poisons  :-\ :'(

Ermine moth caterpillars on our spindle tree  >:(

One can see along the hedgerows where they stripped leaves last year, yet the nature 'bods' swear that they don't do any harm!

Ugh yes, those webby patches look so eerie! I know they say it doesn’t harm the tree long-term, but it still feels a bit apocalyptic when the leaves vanish overnight  :-\

They will eventually arrive, currently there is probably enough wild food for birds.  Our blue tits have been carrying large green caterpillars to the box  8) as well as picking up meal worms.

No it didn't  :'( :'( :'(
I popped it over the fence but when I went to check it later it was still there, barely breathing, wish I could've put it out of its misery but I just couldn't do that, poor little thing.
I've found my silver spirals,so I've put them up on the patio doors,ok so far
