Where would U live if U had the choice: Iceland, Finland?  Sweden is pricey but clean.

I've been reading through this thread seeing all the different birds and other wildlife visiting your feeders. When we moved into our current house just over 2 years ago, I was hopeful I'd get a wide variety of birds as there is a small wooded area outside the front. I bought lots of different types of feeders and seeds, nuts and fat balls.
Sparrows - that's what we get!! No other birds but a small army of the noisy naughty little fellas!
But the best bit, is Mr Jingles the mouse. He was very tiny when I first spotted him and once he realised how much food there was, he turned up with a mate, even smaller. They will sit on the bird table all evening stuffing themselves until there's almost nothing left.
I saw Mr Jingles for the first time for a few months the other day and he is enormously fat! So all that good living suits him, obviously.
We've also started having a sparrow hawk visit lately.  I've never seen one so close. He sits on the top of the bird table for ages peering into the hedge but so far, I haven't seen him catch any of the sparrows. Beautiful bird to see.
Mr Jingles has some cashews tonight, spoiled boy.

Which kind of mouse is Mr Jingles?  Certain breeds are protected in the UK but I've never seen 1 stay still long enough to identify it  ::)
