I know it is intriguing as you think what are you doing, knowingly putting themselves through that and not knowing how their bodies will react. Both guys are professional biologists etc. I wince every time watching them and ouch with them but find it interesting when they give background about the animals and countries etc.

Me too or a spider. As yet no scary dreams after it, miracle as last nights was a tarantula wasp (prey on tarantula) so of course they show clips of GIANT spiders incase you don't know what one is!!! ;D

I won't be offering myself up for vaccine trials either!

Some meal worms escaped from their box over night  :o crikey they can wriggle a long way: into socks waiting to be washed, under a pile of towels, waiting to be washed, in my slippers  ;D

Took the box outside and sorted through the, blackbird was soon round my feet.  He has a wife sitting I think .........

Something to keep an eye on in the coming weeks as the 4 eggs start to hatch. They look so funny once there a few days old - I love watching them.

I saw that when it was originally filmed .......... shows how animals will interact to keep humans happy  ;D
