I love Chiff Chaffs Hurdity. Such a long journey each year for them.

I usually go foraging with the vicar  .

   keeping a respectable distance apart one hopes, with separate trugs ........

I've never seen a chiff chaff.  Nil of note on the camera in the night

I bet you've heard them though CLKD? Hedgies on our camera lady night. Three at any one time so we know that there are at least three. So hard to tell! I'm feeding Ark Wildlife food this year which they seem to love.

Morning Taz.  We had 3 regularly 12 months ago B4 the badgers arrived.  Not heard them nor found poo since, not even this side of New Year. Hence the concern.  People down the road on the 'route' the hogs take hadn't any evidence either, they were putting their camera out last night.


We often sit out into the dark and when we hear them  , it makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up until I see them 

The 1 scuttling on camera was quite large.

Ha,hurdity, I think this hornet could have punched me one,never mind sting me 
Our big old hedgehog keep setting of our security lights,garden is like Blackpool illuminations

DH put a hornet out this morning - it was in the bathroom.  May have flown in yesterday and hidden or may have crept out of the gap where the down pipes disappear into the flooring .........

Thing is, I have no idea how this one got in our living room,it probably opened the front door and strolled in

Definitely hibernated nice and cosily in your house. It will be off now to lay it's eggs SOMEWHERE ELSE

OMG,thanks you two,massive search of the house now,banging curtains and backs of sofas ,I may even move house now
