Geraints wife had a baby boy yesterday  :) it might explain his end of season form, he might have been slightly distracted  ;D

Britain's Chris Froome says 2020 Tour route is 'brutal' as he aims for fifth title.   :o  ;D

I did look at the route, missing the north if France, shame I might have been tempted to go if the had visited Normandy or Brittany  ::)

Geraint Thomas receives OBE at Buckingham Palace

Tour de France winner Geraint Thomas has received his OBE at a royal investiture at Buckingham Palace.

Thomas, from Cardiff, was recognised for his services to cycling. It was presented by the Duke of Cambridge at a ceremony on Tuesday.

There is a programme on Thursday at 9.00 on BBC 1 Wales, following Geraint Thomas in this years Tour de France. I'm not sure if it will be in the rest of the country Thursday but it may be at some time so look out for it.
