I watch Eurosport live coverage then ITV highlights show
It's a big loss that the race has lost so many big names especially sprinters, Sagan has won the green jersey already as long as he doesn't catch anything and gets to Paris

Today's stage goes through an area of France I want to visit, I will be using it as a future holiday menu.
Starter - Millau
Main course - Carcassonne
Dessert - I'll wait until the stage is over to decide
All washed down with the local Languedoc wines

I'm not a fan of French cheese, I hold my breath when I pass a cheese stall in the market
and I'll confess to taking cheddar and Branson pickle to eat with my baguette

Oh, shame on you.
Must admit I cannot stand goats cheese. Yuck. I like mild to medium and the soft cheeses. My husband likes 'stinking bishop' (English). We put it in the garage fridge, when we buy it at Xmas,. Pong or what

I have found a goats' cheese that doesn't taste or smell strongly. It's slightly runny so spreads on toast or biscuits. It even has the name of the goat printed on the label ;-)
Another Stage done!

The French enjoy a good protest or strike, farmers, fishermen, air traffic control, rail workers to name a few regulars
