No news.  expecting it any day.  going to be out most of next two days, so hope we are here, worrying about them waddling up the road, past a couple a of drains.

even tough I am very nervous, due to my phobia, I would like to be here to see it.  Hubby has installed a camera  to watch.

The children love her and my husband  has named her Pata Paca ( Pata is Spanish for duck) and all the children all go up to the gate that we put up to keep the children away from the nest and say ?Hello Paca?.

I think she will be missed when she goes.

Duck will lead her brood to water as it is important to get them into safety.  She will know what to feed them.  One can buy duck food from the pet shop but she shouldn't need it.

woke up this morning and she has gone!  no idea where she has taken them.  she was there at 5:30 but long gone at 6:45

we went for a little drive to see if we could see her but she was nowhere to be seen, at least it looks as if wherever she went, she went safely

They were first spotted in the garden if one of our childminding families but the dog scared them off.  They are now swimming happily in the pond of one of our other families, which is where we thought they might head for.  we are taking the children a Socially distanced visit to see them this morning.

So glad they are safe and happy.
